Any deserving employee can be recognized through the Rewards & Recognition program. Employees are nominated by their supervisor or an executive across nine award categories related to our business strategy and values. Receiving a nomination is a great recognition in itself, and all nominees receive a thank you email from the Head of HR. Winners receive a plaque and a monetary reward, and the details of their recognition are shared with all employees in the town hall meeting.
