In the employee newsletter, we communicate strategic goals in simple language and in a varied form. This included, for example, a quiz in which employees could answer multiple choice questions on the strategic goals. The possible answers were chosen with humor. So answering the questions was not only easy, but also triggered a lot of laughter.
