Our contract and job description are written in an inclusive form to make all folks feel welcome. Our current recruiting project is focusing on creating scorecards to make sure the managers are evaluating the candidate on a common set of skills in order to reduce biased decisions. Our next step in our learning platform is to implement a mandatory learning path for our employees including courses about diversity and inclusion and unconscious bias.
