We noticed the meeting and zoom fatigue growing and negatively affecting our employees. We then started the "Make meeting great again" initiative. We evaluated and rated all the meetings across the company to see who we could do better. We wish to set up a meeting-free day per week, which will hopefully soon be implemented company-wide.
