One of the clearest ways that we work to improve root conditions is through our Social Innovation Program. This initiative partners with nonprofits and government agencies to give employees the opportunity to work on socially conscious open source projects during their normal workday. The program is fully supported by senior leaders, and the only requirement for individuals to participate is permission from their immediate supervisor.
