Our apprentices made a Diversity Tree in a workshop out of chromium steel. After then it was positioned in the public area, which is called “market place” (entrance area where everybody is walking through several times a day) for some days and slowly, the tree was filled with colorful hands and statements, how the employees at the site see diversity, or what importance it has for them.
