When it comes to Workplace Harassment, we have a a zero tolerance policy. To reinforce this, we have recently implemented an online training program which provides new and existing employees with information essential for maintaining a pleasant and productive working environment. Employees learn how to recognize harassment, discrimination and violence, why this behavior is counterproductive, effective ways to deal with the behavior and how to file a complaint.
