Stop the Line

We have a new customer service program called Stop the Line. Inspired by the assembly line model in factories, the Stop the Line program empowers all associates, at any location, to escalate any issue that will improve a customers’ experience. To date, they escalated a large number of cases, and have used this process as a way for front line associates to directly improve overall customer experience.
