A Day With a Patient
Each and every employee is encouraged to spend a day with a patient or a patient organization to see what problems a patient has to face on a normal day, and the positive impact our products can have. Approximately 70 employees have already registered and most of them have completed their day. Many employees have reported emotionally motivating personal encounters. The new employees are also continuously being brought on board for this initiative.
