Our new employees are introduced to the corporate culture through a series of orientations and chats with senior leaders. During new hire orientation, a senior leader welcomes new employees either in person or during a video conference chat. Follow-up chats with senior leaders are scheduled at the 30 and 60 day mark. The leader chats are an opportunity for seasoned employees to share their points of view on our values and business concepts, and encourage involvement in site events and teams.
