Company Shares To Recognize Length Of Service
Our employees are thanked for their length of service with a share in the company. On an employee's 5th anniversary, they receive 5 company shares. On their 10th anniversary and every 5 years thereafter, they are invited to choose between another 5 shares and a selection of merchandise.
