In order to reduce the hurdle of starting the innovation process with a new idea, we have had a new, low-threshold option for submitting and developing ideas for a good year now. The pitch sessions, which were introduced in July of last year, are a voluntary support offering that helps to further develop one's own ideas as a collective.
