Annual Mentoring Month
Last year, we made the decision to expand our mentoring program to all employees, and created the "May is for Mentoring” initiative. In May, every Executive set aside one day of their time for mentoring, which employees could book in 1 hour blocks . This program was so popular with employees that they held another session in September, and they plan to repeat this exercise on a semi-annual basis.
